Primarily responsible for the investments function and instrumental in formulation and evaluation of investment strategy, determination of investment opportunities, asset allocation, asset management functions and portfolio management.

Has 25 years of experience in the equity markets with 14 years at ENAM Holdings (2009-2023) as Portfolio Advisor and as Financials Analyst at Citigroup India & Credit Suisse India. He is B.Com. (Hons) from St Xaviers Calcutta (1997) & MBA from IIM Calcutta (1999).

Govindarajan Chellappa

Co-Founder & Director

Responsible for the research activities in addition to managing the Fund and the Investment Manager.

Has 25 years of experience in the equity markets as Head of research at Axis Capital (2021-2022) & Jefferies India (2011-2017) and as Consumer & Auto analyst at Deutsche Bank India & Credit Suisse India. He is B.Tech. from IIT Madras (1997) & MBA from IIM Calcutta (1999).

Ketan Mehta

Chief Operating Officer

Has 30 years of experience in Operations & Finance in the equity markets as Head of Operations at Jefferies India (2011 - 2020), as Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer at RBS/ABN AMRO Equities India (1997 - 2010) & as Finance Manager at JM Financial (1993 - 1997). He is B.Com. from Mumbai University (1990) and Chartered Accountant (1993).

Neha Shah

Compliance Officer

Has experience in regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial functions. Have worked in Private and Listed Organisations. She is Bachelor in Accounts & Finance from Mumbai University (2012), L.L.B (2017) & Company Secretary (2020).
